Discrimination claims do not have a maximum compensation limit stated by law and so have the potential to be quite large. Plus an employer can also be ordered to pay interest on any compensation award.
Without a clear and implemented policy in place, an employer runs the risk of a claim against them.
This policy complies with all the latest regulations.
